well i know this because if you ever drive by 1 of those road side speed 
scanners (that show your speed) it's always accurate if it saids I'm doing 15 
my Speedo says 15 i once past it at 80 and guess what my Speedo said 80    so 
unless my speedometer breaks as i go over 109,,,,and another thing i was 
racing this integra 1 time and he  was on the side of me for about 50 feet 
then he took off he said i was doing 120 then he took of his top was 140
