Well I have to go with Mr. Brian Moberg on this one I had my 200 SX with
stock ecu well over 109 have had it over 117 didnot find a limiter it got a
little hairly with the wheels I had on it at the time and I slowed down, I
am assuming some 200's did not have limiter for some reason BTW mine is a 95
if that could be a factor
