My friend had the same problem with his car. It would surge at idle between
1500 and 700 rpms, and then it would stall. A couple mechanics told him it
was his TPS. He disconnected the TPS and ran the car and it had no
problems. You might have sprayed and possibly damaged the TPS with your
cleaner.
