Unless you know who you are buying from, I would suggest that you use
C.O.D. whenever purchasing anything off the 'net. William's bad luck
proves why this should be done.

I purchased my springs off of a list member and used this method. The
post office messed up on the pricing, but I made good on their mess up.

You can't necessarily trust everyone just b/c you trade emails with
them, but once you have good communication with someone, and you have
exchanged a couple of items, things can be made less formal.
