I too have had a deal gone sour. On September 19, 2000, I sent Jay Priebe a check for $65 for a set of used ST springs that were in the classifieds. I waited 3 weeks and still no springs. I E-mailed him and he said that he sent them but, they had been sent back to him because there was no one to sign for them. My delivery guys always leave my stuff by my gate. He said that he would send them again and to this date I still have not seen them. He lives in Nevada and I live in California. He could have walked here in the time that it has taken. I checked with the bank and the check was cashed on Sept.25,2000. Does anybody know Jay Priebe???? Mike Saiki
