SML: pinging noise when i turn

hey..can anyone help me?...when ever i turn, theres
this pinging noise when i turn and it sounds like its
comin from the front wheels or brakes or
whateverz...but its drivin meeh crazy....so please if
you can help...then lpease do...thankz every 1...!
