SML: loose hose

When i changed my fuel filter the other day i noticed there was a loose hose 
that looks like it comes off the tranny and doesnt plug into anything. anyone 
know what im talking about. its with all the other hoses near the fuel 
filter/ manifold. ill take a digital pic if anyone wants me to. later tony
