I think I remember replying to a similar question last week. There is no
way that a flywheel will make 15 HP! In fact from what I have seen they
don't make any HP on the dyno. They do free up the motor so that it revs
quicker. I had my flywheel lightened and I did notice improved response,
but nothing that would suggest 15HP! It's a worthwhile mod. but I just had
the OEM flywheel lightened by a reputable shop! $60 is a lot better than
spending $400 if you ask me!
