Yes but if the filter was on one end of the Intercooler and that's where
the engine draws air from, he's saying that the IC would be restrictive
since the air that is being sucked through it, does not have the force that
the air charge of a turbo does. Therefore it very well could reduce HP. It
would also probably cause problems with turbulence on the intake charge. Oh
well, it's a theory.
