I have a friend that was picked up by a cop when I was racing a Camarro that
was the same year of his Mustang. It was mistaken Identity, but he was
guilty a mile or two back up the freeway. At this point in time he was
speeding but going with traffic. All I can say after everything that
happened is not to give this Judge any flack or attitude what so ever. Be
very respectful and talk to the other non-guilty driver before you get to
court, or ASAP afterwards. Be careful of the ground you are walking on. The
cop might have more experience with judges than you do, at least I would hope
he does. LOL
