It could be strut mounts. Check them out. The strut mount is where the top
of the strut mounts into the shock tower. When they get worn out they make
a lot of noise and also start to give random steering problems.

Is it like a hitting noise ar a metal to metal grind type. If you have a
custom exhaust, it could be that the control arm of the rear right side is
rubbing the piping for the exhaust. Sometimes the bends arnt made wide
enough
for clearance of lowered cars. That is of course if you have a custom
exhaust
and the noise is coming from the rear right side. If not, where's it coming
from?
