That noise is the tires being cupped from your bad struts.  Also, what year 
is the car? if its a 91-94, then the rear toe can be pulled in.  The camber 
is not adjustable unless you place those camber bolts in.  If you have the 
95+ with solid axel, then there most likely is no toe adjust.
