Justin, the heater resistor is uder your glove box
and has two screws in it. It may cost about
$19 to buy the part. If you want a rebuild
you can go to http://www.jasperengines.com/perl/locator.pl
and they will tell you where your nearest installer
is located and how much it should cost.
They are remanufactured, not rebuilt. There
is a difference and you get a 3 year 36000 mile
warranty on the engine. This would cost around 2K
A rebuild would be less, but they don't come with
the warranty. Your choice. For a rebuild, you can look
in you local yellow pages probably in the automotive
section.

Hey my 92 Sentra E is leaking a lot of oil, a quart or so a week, somewhere
around the flywheel/oilpan area. Anyway since my engine has 172K miles on
it I was just thinking of replacing the engine or getting a rebuilt. Anyone
know of the cost of such a thing, and if it would be worth my time and
money??? I love my sentra but there is a line I draw when sinking cash into
it if it's a money pit. Thanks All...
Btw, what and where are those heater blower resisters? My heat works only
on setting 4 and I read sometime ago about the resisters being shot, but
can't remember the location.
