I just think that the Jacobs is not as powerful as the
MSD and that it does not help a motor unless it is
boosted or using NOS.  This is basicaly what you said.
 The stock ignition is pretty good for just about any
all motor applications including high compression.

So save your money being spent on ignition and do all
of the bolt ons first, then if you are going turbo or
whatever, then invest in an ignition system.

Jacobs does not seem to be unrelaible or anything,
they just don't seem to work as well as MSD.
