The GA16 is pretty limited on injector sizing which
will hold the safe power to about 140 wheel hp or so.
with a bigger fuel pump and a fuel pressure riser, it
is posible to perhaps have a slightly bigger margin of
safety.
As far as the other questions, I don't know, I have
not done it yet. The GA16 is pretty resistant to
detonation so maybe you can get away with setting the
timing at 5 degrees btdc.
This is all a guess on my part because I have not done
any turbo GA work yet.
