The pedal stroke will get longer but you adjust the
M/C rod a little to get most of it out.  The SE-R has
a slightly bigger M/C piston and a little more rear
brake proportioning pressure.

With a stock M/C the front brakes might lock sooner
but that is better than the rear brakes locking first
which is dangerous.
