Lemme clear this up.

There is the big chain that drives the crankshaft sprocket and then there is
a idler sproket that is driven off that. Then the camshaft timing chain that
rotates the cams are driven off the idler sprocket. So yeah, there is one
chain driving the cams but two sets of chains in the timing chain assembly.
