SML: Brake noise

Okay, this just started like, yesterday... When ever I'm slowing down (and 
especially right before the car comes to a complete stop) I'm hearing a 
God-awful grinding kinda noise comming from the front right wheel area. What 
do you think this is? Warped rotor maybe? Help!! TIA!!!
