I'm not so sure with this but I think it's the brake disc, see if it has
grooves on it and
probably the solution to that is to have it re-face. And also check the
brake pads too.

Okay, this just started like, yesterday... When ever I'm slowing down (and
especially right before the car comes to a complete stop) I'm hearing a
God-awful grinding kinda noise comming from the front right wheel area.
