Joe, don't bother.  I phoned up my local dealership and I know the people
there pretty well. They basically told me that the timing chain on the
Sentra will likely last without much problems on a well cared car till about
200k. I'd maybe look at the timing chain tensioner tho, but I think you can
leave the rest of the system alone. Infact, they have never had to order any
parts related to the timing chain to date, which really surprised me.

As for the leaky main seal, that should only take you an afternoons worth to
do with the proper tools. I'd use the torque of the starter motor to get the
main pulley bolt off. Then you will need to get the pulley itself off, this
will may require you to buy a large two tooth gear puller.
Once you got the pulley off, you can pry the seal out. Then tap the new seal
in with the aid of a large socket so you get the seal sitting flat.
