Your 200 SX is a b14 model. B13 models: '1990' - '1994'
B14 models: '1995' - '1999'
B15 models: '2000' - N/A
I am pretty sure your 200 SX comes with 115 hp (115 hp @ 6000 rpm) at the 
wheels and 108 lbs-ft of torque.
