The turbo was extremely laggy. The car needs to go on a diet. It was
about as fast at the 1.8T Jetta. It needs some more boost and to lose
the cat before the turbo and still lose a few hundred pounds and
then it will be worth while. The new SE-R should be able to spank
this thing easily.

The Jetta 1.8T is about 200lbs lighter then the Subaru and doesn't
have the extra drivetrain loss of the Subaru or the Quattro for
that matter. Again I was not impressed.
