One thing you need to be careful..
Rebuilt ones do not have the same parts as the
original factory parts.  Example.  i went to pepboys
to get the inner and outer tie rods.  They did not
have them in stock (SER parts were in stock and it was
much cheaper >:| )  They decided to take it off a Rack
and pinon they had in stock.  We took them off and
...Tadaaa.. the threads of the tie rods from the
rebuilt was different from the factory ones.  Now if I
had changed the complete tack system, if down the road
I needed to change just the tierods, I would be
screwed because I would not be able to find the
replacement part.

Anyway FYI it was $300+ just for the rack system
