hey Johnnie...just adjust the needle that turns the
speedometer..like take it out alittle and spin it more
but don't brake that little spring that is has welded
to that peace of plastic..  u have to either give it
more pressure to move or less pressure ..i did my own
white gauges and i broke that part and i went to the
dealer and those bastard said they couldn't fix and i
had to buy a new ($200)speedometer ..so i decided to
fix myself and i did u just like have to test it just
adjust the pressure on that spring and just put it on
the car without the glass window and drive the car(be
careful)and test it..some times it doesn't move maybe
it has to much pressure and it pushes it down....and
if it moves to slow then it need more
pressure...laterzzzz... if u need more help email
