Did you try pushing the gauges down and make sure there is enough freeplay
for the needle to work? Are the screws down tight enough?? I needed to use a
pen to push down the gauges towards the hole where the needle is coming out
from. If it makes contact it will drag or make the needle stick. did you
remove the needle? if so you would have to recalibrate the needle meaning
manually moving it... is it off higher or lower by 10 mph?
