Not sure there is good data on "large amounts" of LR but the following should 
help your cause.  Sorry they wouldn't come as PDF files.  If they don't come up 
they are all in Critical Care Medicine 1997 25(11) in order as parts 1,2, and 3.

In short, at least ,my take on the data, if you don't draw the sample via the 
catheter that has been infusing lactate, and if the sample was handled 
properly, then LR should not impact your lactate result - at least one liter of 
it anyway.  Again, not aware of any data with large volumes of LR.
