Does anyone have a place on their screening tool, whether paper or electronic,
that indicates "patient already screened positive for severe sepsis" or "pt
currently being treated for severe sepsis", etc.
If so, what do you have and how long is that criteria good for, assuming the
patient is in the hospital for a while?

Thank you,
Laurie
