Wake Forest Health uses a 'snooze phase'- the period of time within so many
hours of beginning treatment that they do not trigger another alert. I want
to say this lasted about 12 hours but I can't remember exactly. After that
time period if the person still met the criteria a new alert could be
called. I don't know how they document it, but it seems like a good plan
for those patients who have just begun treatment.

Thanks!
