For clarification purposes, I want to ensure I am answering the antibiotic measure correctly. When a physician orders an antibiotic and it is NOT monotherapy, so they have ordered an appropriate combination of 2 antibiotics, do BOTH of these antibiotics need to be initiated within 3 hours of presentation? Example: presentation 1200 Cipro at 1430 Azithromycin at 1600 this would be a failure correct, as both antibiotics were not initiated within the 3 hours? Thank you, CariAnn
