The 100.9 will increase the specificity and decrease sensitivity. We are 
looking at the cost of a false positive workup because if the volume of 
triggers created.

For years here at our hospital we have used >100.4 and < 96.8.  Now that Core 
Measures is different wondering how you all are handling this?  Are you 
changing all your documentation to go with 100.9?  I personally do not want to 
change to this - I think the earlier we can detect the better.  How will this 
affect us if we keep it the same??
