The patient doesn't necessarily have persistent hypotension at the start of the clock. Septic shock can also be abstracted for a lactate level >4, or physician documentation, not just hypotension after crystalloid fluids.

Six hours seems long to me considering the patient already has persistent hypotension at the start of the clock (shock clock). This time (6 hrs to give vasopressors) is different than the way the SSC did it, correct? Just making sure.
