Hello, Does anyone who has Epic and Beaker figured out a way to have lactates reflex (reorder) when the first lactate is greater than 2.0? Especially has anyone figured out a way to have lab orders transition from the Emergency Department to Inpatient? At our system all of the orders from the Emergency Department are dropped once a patient is admitted on the inpatient side but we are trying to figure out a way to have Epic/Beaker continue or automatically order a lactate on a patient who had a lactate > 2.0 in the ED once they are admitted to the inpatient unit. Just curious if anyone has found a way to make this work in your institution. Thanks!
