We are not on beaker. We use a BPA which fires for a lactate greater than 2 
(looks back  6hours) if there isn't already an order present for another lactic 
acid. There is an action within the BPA to add another lactate to the orders. A 
little different but accomplishes the same objective. It only fails if the 
person doesn't perform the 1-click action.
