Hello,
I have submitted this question to the Q&A, but I thought I would get your
opinions too. Thanks in advance!
FYI, this was for 4Q 2016.

Nurse documents at 2045 "called lab to remind them of non-collected lab draw.
continuing to hold Rocephin until blood cultures have been drawn".
At 2055 nurse documents "lab at bedside, drawing blood at this time".
Nurse gives Rocephin at 2103,
lab collect time on report states 2104.

Is the above documentation enough to answer "yes" to blood cultures before
antibiotics?
