I wanted to see if anyone had any experience or insights on the use of the Modified SOFA (MSOFA) in regards to its use of SpO2/FiO2 (S/F Ratio) versus PaO2/Fio2 (P/F Ratio). I am exploring the possibility of its use as it appears to only have one lab value requirement and no ABG requirement. There is also a Mexican SOFA (MEXSOFA) that appears to have values for Spo2/FiO2 with and without peep.
