Hi, all-

Who all uses Cerner for their EHR? The reason I am asking is that there is an
argument going on between our providers and our IT dept. When using the
date/time that a provider note was started or opened, we are using the Result
date/time at the bottom of the note. Our providers are saying that the note
open time is consistent with the "Time Seen" at the top of the note. What are
you using as your date/time the note was started or opened? I have attached
screen shots.

Thank you,

Subject: [Sepsis Groups] Hour-1 bundle

There's a trial being planned to test the Hour-1 bundle. Does anyone know of
any hospitals moving to adopt the Hour-1 bundle?

Thanks
