I've been using patch level 287 for a while, it's been stable. I think before that I was using 114, which was also stable. You may want to try upgrading to 287 and see if it helps. Sequel's pure ruby, so if you are getting crashes, there's probably a bug in the database adapter you are using, or you are hitting an interpreter bug.
