Hard to say, I don't have any knowledge of your abilities. :)  Maybe a few 
days to multiple months?  I'm not sure how similar SQLite's JSON support is 
to PostgreSQL's, so I don't know how much code you could port over from the 
pg_json/pg_json_ops extensions.  Also, unlike the pg_json extension, I'm 
guessing an sqlite_json extension would only work with the sqlite adapter 
and not the jdbc-sqlite adapter.
