As I said earlier, perhaps it's acceptable as a user won't probably
have two tables with the same name and a different case.
In such scenario, the user should force case sensitivity in the
configuration file to be sure that only exact case matches. I don't see
any other way with case sensitive table names.
We could imagine to have 2 name spaces (1 case sensitive, 1 case
insensitive) but that's probably too much complexity to work around bad
design practices.
