This error occurs when the transaction was not started on the backend yet (this
can happen if the deadlock involves already running transaction and transaction
that are blocked into the queues).
In this case, it seems that the transaction does not succeed to abort and the
deadlock detection thread will keep on trying to abort it. The other
deadlocking transactions will remain blocked as well.
