idleConnectionTimeout does not seem to work

It seems that IdleConnectionChecker does not work properly. I always see the
following messages

As you might notice, every 5 seconds its logged that the connection is killed,
but this does not seem to work cause in the next round the same thread wanted
to be killed again..
Also the high number of idle time is very high.
Another thing i noticed, is the line
idleConnectionTimeout CDATA "0"
in sequoia.dtd. So by default idleConnectionTimeout is not activated. But
