Serbia prepares special force to defend Serbs in Kosovo GazetaExpress 1-2 minutes _____ Dikovic, who during Kosovo war in 1998-99 was commander of the 37th Brigade of the Yugoslav Army, was accused of involvement in war crimes. He also said that Serbian army is fully prepared to defend its citizens from all threats and dangers within Serbia, as well as in Kosovo.
