[ and yes, the current direction for Commons' mission *does* leave room for
  APR; but code doesn't *have* to live in Commons just because Commons'
  goals happens to incorporate that code; I fully expect that we'll end up
  spinning popular components out of Commons over time; consider APR as a
  "pre-spun" component :-) ]
