Kenny, I looked at your messages (subject "[PATCH] JDBCVirtualUserTable - One-to-Many Mapping, Flexible SQL) of August 24 and 26: the patch never came through, neither as "JDBCVirtualUserTable.java.patch" nor as "JDBCVirtualUserTablePatch.jar".
Try again (perhaps as a .zip?).
