The same is also true of Oracle.
However I'd urge further caution because.. Whilst the products are now
supported on 1.4 it does not follow that all of their customers have
upgraded.
For example HP Tru64, java 1.4 and Oracle 9ias is still an unsupported
combination.
I'm in favour of making this change, but only if our users don't raise any
objection. Which we will only find out if we ask them.
