I looked at it when you opened the issue.
It contained not only a MailetSDK but a whole restructuring of the
source repository so I decided to not apply it (had no time to extract
only the build/sample part without the changes in the layout of the folders)
Furthermore it should be decided wether this SDK belongs to the
mailetapi product we are currenlty voting or to the server product.

PS: my opinion: if you can create a build script that create the
downloadable artifact with what you want to include in it without
changes to our current layout then I would be more happy to see it
included. Otherwise we should first discuss about the new layout (and I
propose to use the maven2 Standard Directory Layout), then we can talk
about the mailetSDK artifact.
