Hi Stefano, you are right we should add docs. About the lowercase "u"... Why not just change RemoteDelivery to work with gatewayusername and gatewayUsername ? If we did the change now we are more safe in removing the "lowercase" version later. For sure we have to add it in the UPGRADE docs later.
