I tried to build JAMES using svn trunk sources, howto's and maven. After
building i tried to run JAMES using "ant run" command from
spring-integration, but there was an error:

I didn't find this class in trunk. If there is another way to build and
run project from svn?
The documentation is a bit out of sync. I never used the spring
integration but I'd give a go to this steps:
1) use only trunk (ignore spring-integration branch).
2) "ant" from trunk root.
3) cd phoenix-deployment
4) "ant run"
Let us know of any issue you find during this process.
