Instruction is correct, the point was that i used maven to build JAMES and forgot to change configs in spring-integration.
Another one, run.but in my Vista couldn't start JAMES, maybe it was to long paths in this file (for runtime-3.3-R2.jar i changed to relative), spring couldn't create a factory.
