Stefano Bagnara resolved MIME4J-51.

Resolution: Fixed
At the end we left the parser in the parser package.
Moved *Descriptor stuff from main package to the descriptor package.
Renamed the stream package to io
Added an overview.html for the javadocs to point developers to the parser and
the message classes.
